Jordan Gill is the Program Coordinator for the Professional Leadership Program within the G. Brint Ryan College of Business. Jordan recently graduated from UNT with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Broadcast Journalism. As a UNT student, she served as an Eagle Ambassador and a member of the Chi Omega sorority. Jordan’s professional background includes providing excellent customer service as both a student and staff working with the UNT Visitors Experience Team. Jordan is excited to bring her skills in student development and training and extensive knowledge of UNT to the Professional Leadership Program.

L. Meaghan Hildinger, MBA

Assistant Director
Professional Leadership Program

Meaghan Hildinger currently serves as the Assistant Director for the Professional Leadership Program within the G. Brint Ryan College of Business. Meaghan has a professional background in higher education fundraising, alumni relations, marketing and sales, and small business ownership. While pursuing her M.B.A. in Strategic Management at UNT, Meaghan was named the university's 2018 Texas Business Hall of Fame Scholar and received first place in the 2018 Westheimer New Venture Competition through the Murphy Center at UNT. Utilizing her B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from UNT (2013), Meaghan also operates a wedding planning business, which took first place in the 2018 Best of Denton County awards. With her experience in business and entrepreneurship, Meaghan is thrilled to support college students at her alma mater on their journey to become the leaders of tomorrow.

Rachel Cleveland, Ph.D.

Director
UNT Professional Leadership Program

Rachel Cleveland currently serves as the Director for the Professional Leadership Program within the G. Brint Ryan College of Business. Prior to taking on the Director role, Rachel served as the Assistant Director for PLP for 6 years. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she was involved with the music industry during and following her college years. After time in the industry, Rachel moved back to Dallas to further her education and better equip herself for the fulfillment of her passion: serving college students. She completed her Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration at Dallas Baptist University in 2010 and her Ph.D. in Higher Education at the University of North Texas. Her areas of research focus on employability skill development in co-curricular activities and leadership theory applications.
